'I found a tick crawling on the fridge'

'The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable andwe liked the separate living area. Staff was very helpful with any questions we had, and fixing our TV when we couldn't figure it out. Plenty of parking, but there were huge potholes around the back parking.'

'Chose this location due to it advertising 24 hour shuttle service. This is inaccurate, they call you an Uber and hope for the best. We were told to be at the front desk 15 minutes prior to needing to arrive at the airport. We showed up 20 minutes early, waited over 45 minutes on the Uber and almost missed our flight. We had 9 minutes left to board when we finally got through TSA. So the advertisement of 24 hour shuttle service is inaccurate.'

'Its not the best but its definitely not the worst. Rooms are clean & spacious, NO BUGS atleast I saw none. Could be maintained a little better fridge had a smell to it, walls had a couple stains, & shower does not close all the way besides that a good hotel to rest your head.'

'Room was clean and comfortable; however, the refrigerator did not cool as expected. The late-night check-in staff really needs some training on customer service. She is a bit curt with how she speaks to customers. Breakfast was very basic but good. I just don't think the eggs The shuttle bus driver went above and beyond to help us when our car needed oil. He was truly our earth angel in a difficult time.'

'I was glad they had food and beverage on premises, otherwise one would have to uber somewhere. There was one huge disappointment... the one and only waitress/bartender had the worst customer service I've had in a looooong time. She was unwelcoming and went in the corner and talked on her phone at times. My order came up and the kitchen 'dinged' that it was up, and she just continued talking on the phone for a couple of minutes. After serving it, she went right back on her phone. She wasn't rude...

'Place was awful. Would never stay here again and would never recommend. Our room was disgusting! The bed had fresh linens but the bathroom had abused tampon in the trash, open toothpaste on the counter, pubic hair all over the sink and shower and food all over the desk in the room.'

'After having stayed here before, I was looking forward to staying here again. Clearly, the change in ownership has meant an unfortunate change in standards. I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested...

'Don't let them put you in the room right next to the stairs. The stairwell door hasn't been oiled since the hotel was new. Makes noise all night.'

'Property was as described, comes with all listed amenities, bed upstairs was the only room I used for my solo trip (way too big for a single person but would be amazing for a large group)! Parking was ok, just read the ok placed to park and send them your vehicle info asap. Check in was smooth, check out smoother. Only slight critique is even with the ac going at 66 degrees the upstairs felt hot still and warm, they do have a fan as an additional circulator but still was warm. Some of the towels...
