'宿自体はとてもキレイで快適だったが、残念ながら隣のEAST宿泊者に恵まれず不満が残った。特に畳の部屋が隣接しているようで、話の内容まで丸聞こえ。日付が変わっても宴会を続け、オーナーの奈良旅館に直接電話し注意してもらっても改善されず、結局眠気が勝るまで寝付けなかった。 尚案内メールに記載の携帯電話は夜間のためか繋がらず、ネットで調べた固定電話に電話して対応していただいた。その点においてコミュニケーションを星2とした。 宿自体、宿側の対応に落ち度はないだけにとても残念でした。'

'I will start by saying I normally find premium brands of hotel chains not great value for price. But not the JW Marriott Nara! 'We loved our stay here, a beautiful quiet hotel sat on the outskirts of the town with deer on the grassy slopes around the patio. Very clean and tidy interior, lovely staff and comfortable quiet room. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel, the main deer park is easily accessible and we walked to and from the station with a wheeled suitcase through the alleyways without too much issue. Would definitely return here.'
