'The views are spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love that each room has its own sauna. Take advantage of the restaurant for lunch or an early dinner. Managing the gondola timing is easy. And if you miss the lower gondola, there a taxis that can take you to the second stop. We had more than enough time to go to the city and make it back before the last gondola.'

'Everything was perfect. Great selection of breakfast, rooms are clean and big enough, fast room service, gym was fine and people are very friendly at the reception. This hotel is my all time favorite in Almaty and would defiantly recommend this hotel with European standards. One remark, try to get a room on the back side of the building as the street side can be a little noisy for sensitive sleepers.'
