Unlike what you may think based on reviews and the price you have to pay for a stay, this is far away of being a 5 star resort. Our accommodation was old, service is ok, but not more. Employees are not trained for 5 star service. Food is mediocre. In general, the hotel sells an experience, but does not deliver. I cannot imagine that the management is not aware of the situation.
