My baby had on a white socks and one time on the floor the socks was so dirty. Staff was not friendly there wasn’t much staff either just the host and his family. Interaction felt forced nothing felt genuine. The shower head was damaged! I was traveling from St Elizabeth with a young baby called and asked for directions or for shuttle pick up there were not much assistance there. I had to struggle through Kingston trying to find my way to the property myself. It was so far if you are staying there and don’t drive bring sufficient food and water, you won’t be able to order takeout. The bar is only open when the host is available. I hate writing bad reviews. But I guess for the cost you basically get what u paid. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star property but the level of unprofessionalism was unexpected at one point I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome I just wanted to leave. If you don’t truly want to be in the service industry don’t, if you are doing it just for the money then that makes no sense. What put the icing on the cake, I went for breakfast I had my baby in my hand my room was less than a minute from where they served food the host/ person in the kitchen looked at me dry eyed and said he wants to see how I’m gonna bring the tray with the food and the baby. He offered no assistance I don’t know if it’s me but I felt as if he could have offered to take the tray for me to the room. I had to leave the food, go to the room put down the baby and come back. I was like wow!
