« Having arrived in the town, I was called by the owner stating the toilet in the room had been flooded or something by previous guests and so there was no room for me to have. I then had to spend double the cost of the room on another room, and so now need to claim my money back. This was not helped by there being a music festival going on and most rooms in the town were already occupied. Yes the guy was very sorry and all that, but this was half an hour before I was due to check in. »

« I was in one of the cheaper lodges not overlooking the lakes and closer to the bins. Lodge was clean overall and simply equipped with the standard fittings. I didn’t use any of the restaurants on site and check in was very easy. »

« Sea Holly Lodge was perfect for a few days away. It is a beautiful lodge, everything in the lodge is lovely, the kitchen was well stocked with enough plates, cups, cutlery etc. The beds were comfortable with great linen, bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of hot water. It was a home away from home. We would all recommend this property to friends and family. Communication from Lucinda was prompt and helpful. Thank you »

« 5 night break including grandchild under 1. Lodge was spotlessly clean ,new fresh bed linen and exceptionally equipped kitchen with everything you could need . I asked the host for a high chair and it was delivered within half an hour . Spacious lodge and well maintained … thank you so much 😊, we had a lovely stay in beautiful Norfolk . »

« The lodge was clean , warm and spacious for 2. On-site facilities were good. Overall we are enjoyed our stay. First time in a lodge. Will look at other sites nearer coast for a future stay. »
