Our pricing is dynamic and adjusts automatically based on the number of guests, so bookings for 4 guests or fewer are charged at a lower rate and do not include access to the annex. If you require use of the annex, please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests.

The lead guest must complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload IDs of all adult guests before check-in. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date.

If the property is found left unsecured (windows or doors open/unlocked) during your stay and/or at check-out, we retain the right to charge a penalty fee.
