This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. This condo offers an exceptional vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Wonderful Stay

We visit Maui every year and this was my favorite property. It was clean, updated, spacious and comfortable with a large lanai. The location is fantastic- great beach right across the street and even shops/restaurants in walking distance. The pool was a big hit with our kids. Would love to stay here again.

Amazing place to stay!!!

We were so pleased with this condo! It was so clean and had everything we needed! When ever I had any questions our emailed was returned by that day. I would highly recommend staying in this condo!! The beach was so close and an easy walk. Also, the condo had a great concierge service that helped us with setting up our excursions. I would definitely stay here again!!

Great stay comfy beds

Great experience, very clean and comfortable and bigger than it looked in the pictures! Beautiful view from the balcony and we saw many gorgeous sunsets over the ocean. Our kids loved the beach toys and we appreciated the trolley and towels and chairs. Thank you!

Perfect!

This condo was perfect for our stay. It was very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was spacious and well-stocked. We did not cook, but would have everything needed if we did. We loved being able to spread out on the spacious island for our take-out meals. Plenty of beach equipment provided, also. We appreciated not needing to think about anything when heading to the beach. It was also very easy for us to sign up for the tennis courts. Tennis equipment available at the front desk for a nominal fee. Location was perfect! Simply walking across the street to the beach was part of each day. We had a rental car and could easily get to restaurants, shops and explore around from the condo with no issues. It was truly a home away from home. Thank you!

Great stay

Property was just as listed. The upstairs loft with the king bed was a lot warmer as the AC didn’t reach there but fine for us because the weather was on the nicer side. Lots of restaurants walking distance and beaches across the street. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect.

The location was great. Right across the street from an amazing beach. Extra parking if you have visitors (or like us we had 2 cars). The grounds were immaculate and the staff were so nice and helpful. The condo was all up to date and had plenty of equipment for the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Great condo at a great location

This awesome condo sits on the fourth floor (elevator access) and have a gorgeous view of ocean. The condo was fully equipped with everything you can imagine that you might possibly need, water bottles, storage containers, etc. There was plenty of towels and bedding for all of us. The condo is just a short walk across the property to the beach. There are beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards, as well as a wagon to carry them all in. I will not hesitate to book this condo in the future.

Even better than advertized

This place will totally wow you when you walk in. Very modern, upscale and clean. Pictures don't do it justice. It is quite a large unit as well, so you will have room to move around and be comfortable. Great view of the ocean and courtyard, which was decorated with beautiful Christmas lights. You can see the pool, but doesn't face it so that is nice. Plus, the sun never really shines on it directly and it's always cool sitting out there. LOVED being on the top floor. Could not hear any of our neighbors except for a few people in the back walk on occassionally. The only noise you'll hear in the morning is the birds! I was a bit concerned about the loft with noise and heat. However, with just my husband and me, noise was no issue. It was warmer up there, but I liked it that way and the fan kept us nice and cool. The beds were super comfy too. This place has everything you need and more, especially if you like to cook and eat on the deck. They have several pavillions in the courtyard with grills that were really popular and clean. If you like snorkeling or beaches, the beaches across the street is one of the best rated beaches in the area. It's beautiful, spacious and very accessible. Just a short walk there, and you can see turtles there often if snorkeling. You could walk to restaurants but we just drove. We recommend Fred's Mexican and Penny's pasta place a few blocks away. Honestly in all our years of travel, this is either the best or one of the best places we've stayed. I would most definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

We loved the unit and Kamaole Sands. It was our first stay at the Kamaole Sands, which is conveniently located next to the beach, and has many amenities that makes staying there fantastic. The free tennis clinic on Friday mornings was great for our kids, as was the unit's close proximity to the pool where there was plenty of room, foosball, and ping-pong.

Great location

The property grounds and condo are immaculate and a really great location. My overall score of a 3 is because of the loft. I don't understand why anyone would think that's a great idea. There is no way anyone can go to sleep up there if someone is downstairs. It is spacious and the master bath is great. But it is open on both sides, over the front hallway and the living room. Makes no sense. But very clean, very close to the beach and walking distance to Moose Mugillicuddies!

Beautiful property. Great location. Well appointed interior with all the right touches. Had one question about the operation of the air conditioner upon arrival. Management promptly answered the phone and knew exactly how to help, their knowledge of the individual unit was extensive and so helpful!

Very Nice Location and Rental - Well Worth It!

Very nice interior and property. Our experience was great and the kids and adults all really enjoyed our time at the property. Only nitpicky downside is the pool isn't great but it gets the job done and the property is close enough to the beach that it shouldn't matter. No complaints whatsoever. Well worth the price!
