  • Kamaole Sands is het eerste landgoed in South Kihei. Gelegen aan de overkant van Kamaole Beach III. Walvissen kijken, zwemmen, snorkelen, kilometers over het strand lopen en de meest verbazingwekkende zonsondergangen aanschouwen die je je kunt voorstellen. Er zijn 15 hectare aan weelderige tropische landschapsarchitectuur, waterlandschappen en fonteinen. Daarnaast is er een groot zwembad, twee bubbelbaden, een peuterbad, 10 barbecues en tennisbanen. Kamaole Sands is centraal gelegen en ligt op loopafstand van winkels, restaurants en activiteiten. Het ligt ook op enkele minuten van de championship golfbanen van Wailea en Makena. Kamaole Sands is een van de meest "resortachtige" appartementenontwikkelingen in South Kihei. Deze accommodatie bestaat uit tien gebouwen met vier verdiepingen met liften. Kamaole Beach III biedt een groot open park met een kleine speeltuin en een beschermd zandstrand, ideaal voor het bekijken van dramatische zonsondergangen, zwemmen, snorkelen, zonnen en walvissen kijken in de wintermaanden. Kamaole Sands is een gezinsgericht complex met een businesscentrum, een groot zwembad met twee bubbelbaden en een kinderbad, barbecues, vier tennisbanen en gratis parkeergelegenheid.

    Kamaole Sands # 10-216 is een gelijkvloerse unit met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers op de tweede verdieping. Het heeft een volledig uitgeruste keuken, een wasmachine en droger, een on-demand boiler, 3 flatscreen-tv's, een telefoon en gratis WiFi. Er is airconditioning met split-systeem in de woonkamer en slaapkamer (geen airconditioning in slaapkamer 2) en plafondventilatoren overal. Er is een kingsize bed in de slaapkamer en een queensize bed in slaapkamer 2. Beide badkamers hebben alleen een douche (geen badkuip). Voor buitenactiviteiten is # 10-216 uitgerust met strandstoelen, strandhanddoeken en een boogie-plank.
    Let op: het Kamaole Sands Resort rekent een toeslag van $ 40. 05 resorttoeslag bij het inchecken. Deze vergoeding is inclusief gebruik van alle complexe voorzieningen, WiFi, parkeren, etc. De resorttoeslag is een aanvulling op en los van alle kosten die worden genoemd door Rentals Maui Inc.

The property is well maintained and located across the street from the beach. The unit was clean and had a nice ocean view. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. It was nice to have a fitness room on site. The host was very responsive.

A wonderful condo equipped with the perfect amount of beach toys, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. Very clean! The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Location was 10/10 with walkability to stores, restaurants, and beaches.We will definitely be back.

This unit in Kam Sands was wonderful! Jen and Dave, the proud owners, added many personal touches to their lovely condo. The view from the lanai is SMASHING, and the condo complex overall is beautiful and very family-friendly. Plus, the location in South Kihei can't be beat. We loved it! Mahalo.

We really enjoyed our stay. I think the bedroom near the kitchen could have really benefited from a portable ac unit. The two units in the front of the property didn’t keep it cool enough when trying to sleep at night. Beyond that, awesome place and location!!

Perfect Condo, Location, and View!

We just got back from our trip, and the condo and resort were wonderful! The view is the best we have ever had in Hawaii, and we were really happy with the AC, as well as the other amenities. The condo was a comfortable place to spend time in when it was hot, and we really enjoyed the pool and hula show on Wednesday! The beach across the street was really nice and super convenient, and after exploring many beaches on Maui, Kamaole Beach Park ended up being one of our favorites! It is also convenient how the resort is super close to Wailea and tons of restaurants. Overall, I couldn't recommend this condo more; it's fantastic!

Beautiful sunsets, turtles everyday, and not overly crowded. Kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were comfortable. The unit provided plenty of space for the four of us, and it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Loved having boogie boards and umbrellas, as well as some extras in the outdoor closets. The only downsides were lots of little ants in the shower and kitchen. The pool area had a friendly staff, but was somewhat run-down.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and the actual condo were great. The kitchen was well stocked, and we had plenty of toiletries for our stay. The coffee maker was broken, but it was replaced same day by the rental agency. It was very nice to have access to beach items (chairs, towels, boogie boards), but the beach umbrella was broken. I also appreciated the notes from the owner on best things to do on the island. My major complaint is that the condo was not ready for us by the 4pm check in. We arrived ~5pm (after a very long travel day) and the door was wide open and was in the process of being cleaned. I asked the rental agency staff for an estimation on when it would be accessible and never got a response. So after carrying all of our stuff up there, we had to carry it back to the car, go eat and come back later. Parts of the condo did not seem very clean (especially the floors - they were VERY dirty when I had to wipe up a spill in the kitchen), and it appeared that the towels that were out were not fresh (or the quality of the towels are very poor - appearing dirty). Also a note about the temperature of the non-A/C bedroom - it is VERY warm. We were not able to keep it comfortable with the method used by other reviewers (door open and box fan blowing in from living room), so be aware if you have a temperature sensitive sleeper for that room. This all being said, we really did like the convenience and amenities of the condo. Our issues had nothing to do with the owner, but more the rental agency. If I stayed at this property, I would not hesitate to stay at this condo, but I would likely choose a completely different property next time.

Great vacation home

This condo was great for 4 adults to stay in for a week. They had all of the amenities we would want, even boogie boards! It was wonderful to wake up, walk onto the porch, and see the ocean. We could drink coffee on the beach after a 2 minute walk. There's also great snorkeling with sea turtles nearby. We only had 2 minor complaints: 1. The check-in email will tell you to go straight to the condo because it's keyless entry. But, if you are parking a car, you should go to the office first, as you need to get a parking pass from them. 2. It's in the listing, but just to mention it here, too, the second bedroom does not have AC. It's livable but definitely warm.
