'They charged me an amount by my visacard for spendings during our stay. They promissed us to refund the rest of the amount the ones that we didn’t spend. But unfortunately they did not do that. Very unprofessional.'

'De staf is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn goed en schoon maar het grootste euvel is dat het bijna onmogelijk is om te douchen. Ze zijn kokend heet en niet te regelen. Zelfs een koude douche is onmogelijk omdat er dan slechts druppels uit de kraan komen. Meer reizigers hebben hier tijdens verblijf over geklaagd maar probleem werd niet opgelost.'
