If you are looking for the perfect, quintessential Kiawah luxury home, this one is it! 6 Ocean Course Dr is a 7 bedroom, 8 full and 2 half bath custom home with pool and hot tub overlooking Ibis Pond across to the Ocean Course golf course, home of the 2012 and 2021 PGA Championship, and beyond to the Atlantic Ocean. Just a short distance to beach access. This newly renovated (2023) masterpiece takes full advantage of the views with large windows and high ceilings throughout. Multiple living spaces, decks, and the perfect sunroom will allow you to see this breathtaking view from a variety of angles and there is plenty of seating all around to have your morning cup of coffee to enjoy the sunrise or a glass of wine to take in the amazing sunsets.

This home appeals to golfers and beach lovers alike, there is plenty of room for your golf getaway or for the whole family to enjoy. With three immaculate levels to explore, this home has something for everyone from the fenced yard to the spotless pool, the sunroom with the sundeck on top, spacious bedrooms and modern bathrooms. The kitchen is every chef's delight with tons of storage, counterspace, and upscale appliances.

den/7th bedroom has a queen sized sofa pullout bed

No smoking and no pets allowed, no exceptions will be made. Guests do not have access to the fireplaces, indoor or outdoor, due to island fire codes. One garage bay is closed from guest use, two others are available. Events are strictly prohibited. The home is be available for Christmas/New Years rental and peak summer season dates only.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. No smoking and no pets allowed. No access to resort pools or fitness center.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

The best view of any property we have stayed at on the island

Unfortunately this property is a fabulous location but it is very tired and in great need for a renovation.
