« Had a wonderful, restful stay. Enjoyed a brief history from the host and when I complemented him on his garden, he kindly gifted me with a favorite plant. I enjoyed every minute in this very private apartment, very comfortable bed and spacious shower. My tire pressure was low and Greg, the host, even went out of his way to fill my tire, going way above & beyond! Highly recommend! »

« Cute property, great college vibe. You’ll hear dogs/cats/people in adjoining apartments as if they’re in same room as you. Front door needs repair, has hole from previous lock/handle and needs weather stripping. Would stay again because it was clean, we felt safe and it was a good no-frills budget property. »

« The cottage was just right for me and my 2 teenagers (15, 19). We were out and about the JAX area for 5 days. It was always a joy to return to the cottage and chill between events. The hosts are gracious and friendly. I had interesting conversations with each while relaxing by the pool. They made their property welcoming for me and my family. What a treat! »

« Floors have a severe slope to them which is normal due to age, owners have done their best to update it. Neighborhood was very quiet. Window AC shakers will freeze you out. It is not a luxury home by any means but it does the trick and a great option for a quick getaway near the campus. »

« We chose this property because of its proximity to the Duck Pond area where our son lives. The kitchen is very small, but it was adequate, since we had Thanksgiving dinner at our son’s house. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood with many historic homes, but close enough to downtown to enjoy restaurants, etc. »

« Our brief stay……PARADISE! Communication was speedy. The property was as presented in the posting, pics - but MORE. It was warm, welcoming and cozy.
