Overlook Duval St from your Cuban Club balcony

Built in 1917 as a “club” for Cuban cigar makers and their families as their home-away-from-home, this building soon became the center of social and community life for the Cuban population in Key West. After the original Cuban Club burned down in 1983, it was restored and converted to luxurious and spacious suites. The Cuban Club Suite stands as an award-winning historical landmark converted to a gorgeous two-bedroom suite filled with all the amenities needed for comfortable living.

Climb the stairs to your personal Key West retreat with gorgeous high ceilings all throughout. The first bedroom downstairs has a queen-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. The loft primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, queen-sized sleeper sofa, and an ensuite bathroom. The living room is also furnished with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV. 

Enjoy your very own private balcony overlooking the hustle and bustle of Duval Street. There is a table for six located off the living room and a fully-equipped kitchen.

The location of this property is perfect. Being right on Duval St, you are steps away from restaurants, stores and everything you need. The A/C in the unit works amazingly well and that's very important to me. Key West is hot and it's great to return to the rental place and find it nice and cool. We had a couple of questions upon arrival and the person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have parking because we had a rental car. Overall, I would highly recommend this property. Plenty of space, great porch overlooking Duval St and excellent location.

Great location but property NEEDS updating

TV’s are very archaic and difficult to navigate. Furniture is literally from the 80’s. The main floor bedroom bed is the highest bed I’ve ever seen - I am 5’7” and I COULD NOT get in it period. Had to sleep on the 1980’s sofa bed (need I say more?) Had to have a new skillet delivered as the one there had been used and never washed. This property is NOT handicap accessible nor easily navigable if you have issues with stairs. For 600 a night - they could do MUCH better.

Key West Wedding

My wife and I stayed at this property to attend a family wedding in Key West. The wedding was held at the Hemingway House and this property location was a few blocks away. The property location is perfect for all of the primary "things to see and do" on Key West. I highly recommend the Butterfly Museum, which is a few blocks away. We walked everywhere, but there is a bike and scooter rental place a few steps away if interested. Inside, the property is very spacious. The upstairs loft bedroom is very large. The entire apartment is well appointed, very clean and modern. There is also a front porch with chairs and tables that overlooks Duvall Street. This is great for morning coffee. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect for us!

My husband and I, as well as another couple, spent 5 nights at the Cuban Club Suite. It was perfect for our needs! The location was great - close to Key West attractions and restaurants and bars. We walked everywhere - no need to move the car. We were thankful though for the included parking space as we drove down from central Florida. The pool was a few block walk but was a wonderful place to spend a quiet afternoon.

Beautiful spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and wonderful living/dining space. The balcony extends the social area. Great collection of restaurants & bars nearby. Only issues were the hot water would surge sometimes to cold, and roaches were a disappointment.

Girls trip

Came here with my friends for a girls trip. The location was very convenient. Everything was within walking distance. Only one parking space available per rental so either carpool in one vehicle or you’ll have to pay to park away from the rental. We found a pay to park location only a few blocks away but didn’t need our vehicles all weekend.
