'An outstanding property in a tea plantation. The main house is full of furniture from days gone by, including nice library. The staff are very incredible. We went at a time when the night temperatures got cold. Not a problem. We ate by a roaring fire, slept of beds made toasty and warm by electric blankets, and were taken for an incredibly hike through the villages with the tea garden as well as through the garden itself. Spectacular! '

'The hospitality is excellent. The staff are polite and cooperative and make you feel at home. The food was delicious. Infact every item we ordered was very tasty. Hats off to the chef. Well managed and clean property. The GM of the resort has a wonderful personality as well as kind helpful too. Will definitely visit again and recommend this place to others. 'The hotel’s approach is soo steep, we had to think twice before heading out each time. They should offer complimentary shuttle service at least. Not recommended for elderly travelers. 'We had an unpleasant stay experience. During the winter season, we faced issues with heating. When we requested the heater, they insisted on an additional charge of Rs 1000. Despite booking a stay with buffet breakfast, the hotel did not provide a buffet; instead, they offered a limited menu with options like puri sabji, paratha, or bread with tea. I do not recommend this hotel due to the rude and unresponsive behavior of the staff.'
