'Our room was lovely and clean, with a beautiful ocean view. Comfy couch, everything in the kitchen we needed (except scissors), comfy bed. We were there 9 days. Our sheets were changed halfway through our stay. Reception staff were friendly and really helpful with booking taxis for us. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend'

The shower was in the path tab and some of the equipment was on the cheap side like toaster etc. I couldn't recharge our Segway scooter and no option not even the basement to recharge was given to me. I've asked to be contacted by the responsible person to ask politely for other options but was not even contacted like promised the day before. Therefore I was only able to use it for one day. 'We loved our stay at La Promenade. Exactly as advertised, clean and well laid out with friendly staff. It is currently being renovated a few rooms at a time, but of no imposition to our stay. This will only make it a more attractive proposition in the future.'
