« David and Lynda’s space is a dream! After a stressful rental car checkout experience, arriving here to fresh flowers throughout the apartment, chocolate treats, and a welcome card were just what we needed to feel welcome on Kauai! The space—including the bed and couch—are beyond comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and thoroughly stocked, and the view and sounds from the lanai are heavenly. Centrally located, this apartment could not have suited us better. Thank you, David and Lynda! »

« We loved our stay- the suite was just as advertised, clean, comfortable and the location was perfect for quiet days at the beach and easy to access food and shopping. « We loved the property and our room. The AC was cold; the bed was comfortable. The property is close to shopping and restaurants. There is a small Frig in the room. We grabbed ice from an ice maker on the property and made drinks in our room to enjoy on the balcony or by the pool. The wifi worked great and it was easy to use the code to access the room. The condo has silverware, plates, bowls, cups and bbq tongs for the gas bbqs that we used a couple times. We’ll be back. »

« Islander at the Beach is a beautiful place to stay. It’s on the beach! Grounds are well kept. The unit has a queen bed, so maybe small for some, but I was on my own and it was perfect. I was not a fan of the high dining table and chairs. Sofa was comfy. Lots of kitchen equipment provided beyond the usual coffee maker (keurig) and microwave. A very pleasant stay. »

« The property was beautiful, the view from the balcony was nice with both garden and ocean. It was quiet and relaxing. « Our studio room was just perfect for the two of us. We spent every morning enjoying our coffee on the lanai overlooking the ocean. The location is great, as it is just a parking lot away from the Coconut Marketplace with many choices for food and shopping. The ABC store's deli has excellent food to go. We could order a delicious breakfast and bring it back to our room and at eat it with an ocean view! The grounds are well maintained and the pool is nice too. Its a bit rocky to try and swim in...

« We loved staying here for our time in Kauai. Very short drive from the airport. We loved being so close to the water and the boardwalk along the beach was a beautiful walk. Lava Lava Beach Club next door is a fantastic restaurant as well. Overall very happy with the experience. Hassle free check in, no parking issues. THe market nearby is great too.Highly recommend. »

« This is an adequate place to stay. The room is small and there is no ability to cook other than the microwave. There is a refrigerator but no freezer. The bathtub took a long time to drain after use. But....it is close to the beach and a nice ABC store and it is ideally located to explore the island. »

« We had such a great time staying! The place was super cute and cozy. We enjoyed the wild chickens/ roosters roaming around, the lizards, and the sound of the ocean. My only complaint is that the dang rooster doesn’t under stand when it daylight and he loved waking us up earlier than we would have liked lol, but it was great being up early to enjoy the view! Would definitely stay here again. »
