« Anyone considering staying in princeville should book this beautifully thought-out condo with no hesitation. Location is great - peaceful and quiet with lots of places to walk to. The layout of the condo is perfect and all furniture is so comfy - we almost didn’t want to leave to go explore the island. The hosts were incredibly responsive with a few minor questions we had. We will be back when we come back to Kauai soon. »

« The stay was very disappointing. At the 4pm check in (which was very late) the condo was not cleaned. I was half way through cleaning in myself when a couple showed to finish. No washer and dryer. The space isn’t even set up for it even though it’s listed in the amenities. Upon arrival the TV was not working. The owner was notified and it took 4 days to be replaced. Normally not a big deal but this was just a solo golf trip and I could have really used the relax time at night. The space was used...

« On a adoré la terrasse pour prendre les repas et se reposer et d'avoir accès à des chaises de plage, parasol et autres. La cuisine était bien équipée. Beaucoup de recommandations locales. Par contre, l'absence de climatisation nous a surpris, c'est surtout qu'après une journée de randonnée au soleil on aurait préféré pouvoir avoir un appartement frais. Par contre, avec les ventilateurs, la nuit c'était confortable. »

« L’endroit est très bien placé. Bon nombre de plages à proximité. David est un hôte très sympathique et très discret. Nous avons passé 8 jours très agréables. N’hésitez surtout pas à séjourner chez David. »

« Good location for a "home base" to see everything on the south, west and east sides but not somewhere that you would want to spend time hanging out. It's a quiet place but your neighbors will be noticeable if the other unit is rented. The property is definitely in need of updates - it's looking run down. The bed was so-so, not luxurious. A/C was great! »
