'What an amazing an unique place! Impecable location, room full of amenities and comfortable down to the detail. Staff is incredible; we fell In love with Saki who was our blessing serving us dinner and breakfast and making our kiddos feel unique. Highly recommend it!!'

'Staff were very friendly! Not sure if I missed it in the description, but the bathrooms are shared and in order to shower you need to book the onsen. By the time we got there all the times that worked for us were booked. The onsen was just a tiny little hot tub essentially in a depressing room-not really what I was hoping for. The soup served for breakfast was great! Overall, I wouldn’t stay again as I don’t like hostels, but if you do then this is an okay find.'

'All staff were different every time. But they were all nice. Bonus is you can enjoy your trip here after hours and have your meals and your drinks inside. Be respectful and all is good. Can even smoke outside building but put butts into the Seymour lamp'
