Excellentes prestations
Nous avons séjourné une semaine au Grand Palladium Kantenah et avons été très bien accueillis. L'hôtel est très grand mais bien organisé, et les parties communes au Kantenah et au Colonial sont très belles.

Très bel hôtel entouré de végétation et d'animaux
Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel, qui bien qu'immense, était calme, reposant. Nous y avons très bien mangé, les restaurants à la carte du soir étant excellents. A recommander (même si les chambres mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement) de plus car très bien placé pour visiter Coba, Tulum, un peu plus loin Chichen Itza, beaucoup de cénotes, nage avec les tortues sur la merveilleuse plage d'Akumal toute proche.

Très déçus attention à vos affaires ds la chambre
Le lieu est charmant ,l'environnement de l'hôtel très agréable La chambre que nous avons eue était belle et bien entretenue Mais plusieurs dysfonctionnements dont un majeur sont à signaler: Le personnel est souvent peu avenant que cela soit à la réception ou encore à la restauration ou les bars Bcp de possibilités pour se restaurer nous avons choisi l'option buffet, les salles sont parfois très bruyantes, la nourriture est correcte mais attention aux fruits découpés !!! Concernant la plage : elle est jolie mais éloignez vous du bar vers la gauche car autrement surpeuplée Possibilité de voir poissons et beaux fonds rapidement MAIS dès que nous nous sommes éloignés un lifeguard est venu nous dire que nous ne pouvions pas nager où nous voulions cela a été très pénible car il voulait que nous repartions vers le bord nous n'avons pas cédé mais cela nous a un peu gâché notre sortie Enfin du personnel s'occupant des chambres s est introduit dans notre chambre durant notre absence (nous étions allés porter nos bagages ds la voiture) mais nous y avions laissé sac ds lequel ils ont fouillé ils ont éparpillé nos affaires à plusieurs endroits en en dissimulant certaines sous le couvre-lit ils ont ouvert deux petits sacs opaques en plastique ds lesquels j avais mis des maillots mouillés et ont mis ces maillots ds mon sac de plage les mêlant à mes affaires sèches et le pire ils ont pris une vidéo avec notre appareil photo sur laquelle on voit les pieds de l'un d'entre e

Nous sommes partis dans cet hôtel car des collègues me l'avait conseillé . Nous ne sommes pas déçu du voyage L'hôtel est très grand , possibilité de manger dans chacun des lobby (4) Service de voiturettes et de train pour allez d'un endroit à l'autre Coin de plage superbe Petit souci ne pas mettre de maillot de bain blanc dans la piscine ils ressortent jaune, dû aux produits de nettoyage je pense et cela ne part pas au lavage.

Drinks at the bars were not amazing. Staff was mostly great! We saw a few inappropriate behaviors between some staff on a few different occasions. Check in was easy!

My husband, two teenagers and I had a wonderful vacation here!!! We stayed in the Family Selection part of the resort and our butlers Cesar and Luis were amazing and very helpful! I had a restorative Sports massage from Mayel and a half day at the Zentropia spa, hydrotherapy circuit and spa pool. Honestly all of the service and our interactions with staff was wonderful. Servers who stood out: Gerardo and Carlos. We had so much fun at the family club/dinner Bravo. Loved the beach, the pools, and our swim up room. We will be back!

Great family resort. We enjoyed every day and did not get bored. Lots of walking, lots to see. Pool area is large!!! Ocean was beautiful. Food options were great. Impressed with the main buffet selection. You do need to book dinner reservations but that was easy to do. Room service was great! Room was cleaned daily. We also received phone calls, were asked at the pool area and at lobby if there is anything they can do to improve our stay. We were always satisfied, no complains. Resort shuttles were amazing to get to dinners between the resorts. Definitely recommend and already dreaming of coming back with our family.

This is an incredible resort from the butler service, at Kentenah’s Family Selection, the premium drinks found in any of the 25 bars on the resort, great running routes, clean family beach, many pool options, attentive waitstaff, great food options from buffets to a la carts restaurants, the candy wall, fresh crepes at any meal, to the jungle feel with all the green plants and animals on the grounds. It was the perfect vacation for our family of 4. Can’t wait to return again in the future!

We had an amazing time ! We have been to palladium many times in the past but this time was by far the best! Family selection in Kantenah is much better for my family. It was a surprise to have butlers to help with everything especially Eduardo. Check in and check out was super simple. Rooms were beautiful and clean. The food was GREAT!! The property was amazing as were our butlers. Betty the manager was hands down the nicest and most caring and helpful while we dealt with an issue with an excursion we took. I would stay here again and again. Beautiful resort!!!

The property is fantastic. Lots of activities at all times of the day. Theater shows, festival, poolside fitness classes, always something going on. Kids club was a nice addition. They had all sorts of fun things to do which allows parents to take a moment for themselves. The staff were great with the kids. They really enjoyed it, The restaurants were excellent. Buffet is good, but the a la carte were wonderful. The cleaning staff seems to be lacking however. There were several days where the room was not cleaned. No water was provided. Called and asked guest services, still no water was brought. There also seems to be a shortage of towels. No towels brought to the room when they did clean. Hard to get towels by the pool. Any extras seem overly expensive. Spa services cost way more than normal pricing in US. Massage also costs more than going to a registered therapist at home…. Too bad. Costs in the gift shop…. $30 for sunscreen is robbery. As is $16 for bug spray. Better bring it from home and not run out while you’re there. This resort is amazing. Large with lots to do but everything still feels close. The beach is beautiful, palm trees for shade, the water is shallow and we saw plenty of angel fish a few feet in. There is free kayaking which was a nice surprise. We stayed in a swim up room and never used the pool but it was fairly warm water. We had butlers who were awesome Erick & Eduardo, they made us feel at home and helped us book dinner reservations ect. I have been to Mexico many times and this is by far my favourite location. Food is great, the grounds are pristine, and there is always something for the kids to do. We spent some time at the family pool and the service was always fantastic! 5 stars

Grounds are beautiful. Pools are great. Food is good for all inclusive. Concierge was super helpful. Thank you Illiette! The biggest downside to this property is room service is basically non existent.

Holiday stay
Typical all-inclusive - have to get up a bit early to get decent chairs by the pool. Some of the advertised restaurants were not open. Upon arrival we were told that we could not get a dinner reservation outside of the buffet for 2 days, and on one night not until 9:30 PM. You can only make these reservations with the concierge, so not an efficient system and not enough capacity. The buffet was decent but repetitive. We were there for a New Years Party on the beach which was extremely well done and fun. It was quite well attended and the music was great.

1) The room key was not working for us for the entire stay and we had to wait 20-25 mins every time we had to unlock the door with the assistance from the concierge. 2) Room service - The room was not replenished for snacks and soft drinks in spite of multiple requests. Room service did not clean the room during our stay ( 1 of the rooms as we had booked 2 rooms). 3) They have a marketing program which tries to sell travel club membership to unsuspecting guests. They request for one hour of your time but they end up using 3 hrs of your time and try to pressurize in to buying their product. 4) The property is a controlled environment especially if you want to eat outside the property. You will need to travel atleast 20 miles to be able to get food.
