The unit was fine but I think over priced for value. Considering the high host and service fees I would have expected a cleaner unit with more supplies. The white baseboards were very dirty especially in the bathroom with pubic hair and dirt/dust on them. The bathroom sink was very loose (about ready to break) and the water came out slowly. The shower water came out uneven and the shower drain was clogged with hair. The kitchen was missing some things I’m used to seeing such as baggies, plastic wrap, tin foil etc. I barely had enough toilet paper or paper towels to get through the 2 weeks. The cleaning people did not clean under the couch and the lights on the night stands were very dusty. I stayed two weeks so I noticed a lot! Positives were that the wifi worked great, beds were fine, plenty of bath towels (although only 3 beach towels), AC worked great, ceiling fans nice in each room. Neighbors nice and a nice quiet property. Note: the unit is ocean front but not a beach so the waves crashing against the rocks was very loud so I had to move to the back room to sleep. This is probably only a winter problem with the high surf. Location great and close to what I needed.
