Beautiful location. Comfortable beds for 60+ yo seniors. Good layout for 2 couples. Kitchen well stocked with pots/pans/tupperware. Appreciated small and large coolers for beach picnics. Would stay again!

Amazing view

Great view and beach nearby. No A/C so warm during the day but cooler at night. Everything we needed to cook and do laundry. Nice attention to detail - shows they really care about guests and their comfort. Close to shopping and some restaurants. Enjoyed our stay!

Amazing views of the seas & sunsets

In spite of a malfunction of the oven door (door lock wouldn't disengage, so door wouldn't close), we enjoyed the space, especially the large lanai. We had an unfortunate experience of being kept awake most of 2 nights by noisy neighbors directly below us who in spite of being asked to quiet down, did not. Because the unit was not managed by the same company as our unit, our only option would have been to call local police to complain, which we didn't want to deal with. So, just be aware that if you have discourteous neighbors, there may not be hands off solutions at your disposal. We were told there was no on-site property security staff for this property (Surf & Racquet Club). Otherwise, the unit was pretty typical for timeshare quality, but was missing simple niceties like a starter packet of coffee, salt & pepper, & bottled water (tap water tasted like mildew...yuk). All such minor disappointments aside, the view and lanai were fantastic, and the complex was overall very quiet & peaceful...lovely!

Lovely

Hubby and I stayed for 2 weeks. The condo is fabulous...everything you need for cooking and beach trips. The view is spectacular... Grocery store and a few good restaurants close and an ez drive to town. Great stay!

This lovely condo is a joy to inhabit. It is in perfect working order, clean, beautifully decorated, and very well appointed. And best of all the ocean view and fragrance from the lanai is soothing and rejuvenating for the soul!

Beautiful location.

Loved having breakfast on the lanai watching the waves crash into the lava rock. So enchanting. Very comfy beds. Also nice to have snorkel gear and beach towels for us. Would love to come back some day!

Wonderful Location and Condo with 1 major issue

You couldn't ask for a better location with ocean-front views, second floor. The condo was clean and well-stocked except they didn't provide conditioner (which was a drag, considering all the swimming we did). Unfortunately, smokers downstairs hung out on their lanai and puffed like chimneys, the smoke inevitably wafting up into our condo. When I called the manager, she said smoking was allowed downstairs. Real disappointment, since part of what we love about Hawaii is breathing the fresh air, especially right off the ocean. Instead, we were treated to a lot of second hand smoke. I would not stay there again.

Sensational Seaside Stay

We loved our stay in this lovely condo. Clean, bright, well appointed kitchen and bonus recreational gear. In condo laundry. Even without air conditioning the unit is very comfortable with fans in all rooms and a building exposure that does not get direct sun. Look forward to renting this condo again in the future. Concierge service was a plus too.
