Heat & A/C Note: Your townhome has four mini-split head units (Master, Living and 2x downstairs bedrooms).

By staying in this home, guests agree to follow all rules, occupancy limits, and neighborhood standards.

Occupancy, Parties & Events
No parties or events allowed
Do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed for the home at any time
Occupancy limits apply to all guests on the property, not just overnight guests
Unauthorized gatherings or over-occupancy may result in fines, eviction, or termination of stay without refund

This is a non-smoking Wallowa Lake vacation rental.
No smoking inside the home or near open doors/windows
Includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, marijuana, and all smoke-producing products

This property is designated as pet-friendly by approval only. By bringing a pet onto the premises, Guest agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions for the duration of the stay:

Pet Fee
An additional fee of $30 per pet, per night applies. All pets must be disclosed prior to or upon arrival. If a pet has not been included in the reservation, Guest must notify Host immediately so the applicable fee may be added.

Supervision
Pets may not be left unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the home.

Containment and Safety
Pets must remain on the property at all times and may not wander beyond property boundaries. Please be respectful of neighbors. Dogs may not be tethered or tied outdoors.

Noise
Excessive barking or other disruptive behavior is not permitted and may result in additional charges.

Wildlife
Pets must not be allowed to chase or disturb wildlife. Guest acknowledges the presence of wildlife in the area and accepts full responsibility for pet safety. Wildlife, including deer, may pose a risk to pets, children, and adults.

Furniture and Bedding
Pets are strictly prohibited from all furniture and beds.

Cleanliness and Damage
Guest is responsible for cleaning up after their pet at all times. Guest assumes full financial responsibility for any damage, excessive cleaning, picking up dog poop required as a result of pet occupancy.

Failure to comply with this Pet Policy may result in additional fees or charges for damages.
