I booked a 1 king suit and when I arrived at the hotel lobby, I was greeted by a rude teenage kid working the front desk. I was told at check-in that they were completely booked and all they had available is a 2 queen “pet” room available. I informed the rude kid at the front desk that wasn’t what I reserved online. He/she didn’t care to even hear me out and continued to talk over me and said “you get what you get. I declined the room and asked to be refunded and he/she stated there’s no refund possible and continued to get louder and annoyed with me. I asked to speak to a manager and he/she stated there wasn’t one on site until Monday (3 days later). Just an unbelievable experience.
I immediately left to stay somewhere else where I had a night and day different customer service experience.
