'You get what you pay for! The lobby was nice, but gave false hope for the room. The staff was helpful. There was only one elevator and it takes forever to utilize the elevator. The room did have a kitchenette, but no dishes or utensils at all. (You had to rent them out which was inconvenient) The air conditioner was loud and anytime it cut on, it woke us up. The chair in the room smelled like whoever sat in it last. The breakfast offered "grab and go" and they only offered packaged oatmeal,...

'The room was filthy, the AC leaked water all over the floor, the hardware in the tub and shower was broken, the pool was closed, the TV was on a timer amd shut off every few hours and with only basic programming available, we got fresh towels once in five days and ran out of toilet paper. There was a 3/8 inch gap around the door inside the frame and people from the restaurant next door parked in our space for our room. 'The staff was very friendly. The front desk, the maintenance person, the room cleaning staff and the breakfast staff. The room was very clean and well kept. Anyone going here should definitely try yummy house! It’s a wonderful all you can eat Asian place. It was delicious. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the breakfast it is very bland. I think they can definitely do better with that. Other than that it’s a wonderful place to stay and I plan on returning.'

'We booked the weekend getaway the day before arriving. The room was very artsy and spacious for a boutique hotel. The outdoor space had games and generous seating options. The lounge area on the level was full of books and interesting collections. The bed was very comfortable. We had dessert at the restaurant. Having the restaurant was an added bonus. We hope to return this summer. The location was perfect with many restaurant in walking distance.'

'By far the best stay my family and I have ever had, we have stayed at some really nice resorts and hotels but this resort was top notch. I only have one little complaint but it's more of an idea to pitch to the resort manager, I understand why there are no microwaves in the rooms but there should be a microwave station somewhere in the lobby.'
