'We have rented many VRBOs and this one is at the top of the list as one of our favorites. The architecture of the home is amazing, the views are spectacular, the furnishings are beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are updated and gorgeous, the layout of the house is ideal and the kitchen is well stocked. The owner's communication was excellent too. It is a five star plus property. We will definitely return. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at night.'

'Everything about this rental was just what we needed for our moms/daughter/grands weekend! The pool area was refreshing even when the outside temperature was over 100 and the kitchen well furnished for the meals our daughters planned. Yiyi was super responsive.'

'Owner takes great care in making sure her guests are taken care of. Large fenced yard was perfect for our golden retriever. Games for the kids and TVs for entertaining or family nights. Walking distance to Chapel or Mystic Trail Head. This is definitely an elite property that we'll be staying at again. '

'It was a clean, well appointed rental. They had nice welcome snacks, and the kitchen had way more supplies than we expected.The location was convenient, the neighborhood nice and quiet, and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck to check the night sky.'

'We absolutely loved our stay! The house was impeccable. Clean, modern, spacious and cozy with every comfort considered. Highlights include beautiful mountain views from the living room, walking distance to trails, and office adjacent to the master bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, modern, and stocked with quality products. A lot of thought and consideration was put into making guests feel at home. Definitely our favorite place in Sedona thus far. Thank you for having us!'

'Panoramic views of the towering red rocks right in our backyard! The home was beautiful and well maintained, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook large family meals every evening, and the host was extremely responsive. We all had comfortable beds and the extra kitchenette downstairs was very convenient. We all enjoyed the lap pool on the warm Sedona afternoons, and star gazing off the balconies in the evenings was spectacular. Amazing family reunion! '

'Just a short drive to Sedona on beautiful Red Rock Scenic Byway 179 and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops. Joe's townhome was comfortable and spacious with just about everything you will need (and labeled throughout!). He was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. 'This condo well-appointed and served our needs perfectly! We used it as a base of operations with it being centrally located for our side trips. Matt was a good communicator. "Een uitstekende mogelijkheid van een zwembad voor volwassenen! Er zijn meerdere zwembaden aanwezig en het was prettig dat je de mogelijkheid hebt om rustig je rondjes te zwemmen!! Fantastisch gelegen met prachtige vergezichten. 1 minpuntje echter. Wanneer je korter dan 5 dagen verblijft wordt de kamer niet verschoond en worden er geen nieuwe handdoeken geleverd. Ook geen amenities worden er geleverd. Wanneer je 5 dagen of langere verblijft wordt het wel om de dag verschoond. Je kan wel altijd om nieuwe handdoeken, koffie ( die overigens erg goed is) vragen. Deze worden dan gebracht."

"The room met our expectations, the view is nice! 👌 The refrigerator was small, in case of a multi day stay, housekeeping needed to be requested. When this was done, it was not executed, but access cards where blocked. It was resolved, although without apologies. The breakfast options are good, there is even the possibility to enjoy it outside."
