Perfectly located between Sedona’s red rocks, Old Town Cottonwood wine country, and the historic ghost town of Jerome — adventure is always just minutes away. Explore vineyards, scenic hikes, vibrant dining, or simply slow down and enjoy stargazing in the fully fenced private backyard under twinkle lights.

We are delighted to welcome small gatherings and celebrations such as family get-togethers, birthdays, bridal brunches, and wellness or prayer retreats — with prior host approval to honor neighborhood peace and ensure the perfect fit for your stay.

Just minutes from Cottonwood’s wine tasting rooms and 25 minutes from Sedona’s stunning red rocks, it’s the perfect spot for a wine weekend, outdoor exploration, and cozy nights in.

Relax in the sun room with mountain views, enjoy game-night fun in the game room, let the dogs play in the fully private yard, or gather around the fire pit for stargazing and s’mores. Whether you’re celebrating with friends, traveling with kids, or escaping for a refreshing getaway, this home welcomes you. We try our best to accommodate early check-ins. Dogs are welcomed with pre-approval and $150 additional fee.
