'Cool house. Perfect for 2 couples and maybe some kids (King, Queen, and 2 twins I think). Location is very close to downtown Cottonwood so you could walk if the weather was good. I feel that the 160 cleaning fee was a bit high given the size but wouldn't be so bad if it had been a longer stay. Would definitely come back here for a longer stay with friends.'

'This was a great place for my family (2 kids and 2 dogs) to stay for a weekend getaway. Location is great to trails and Sedona was an easy drive. House is new, clean, and roomy enough for everyone. Back yard is small but great to sit out on in the mornings and evenings. Was overall a great place to be for the 2 nights we did.'
