'Everything was good. Lack of a hot breakfast was disappointing '

'My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights of our honeymoon and it was clean, organized, and felt very homey. The walls are a little thin and you can hear the people in the next room, but that didn't bother us. The room was very spacious and felt vintage. We will definitely be coming back in the future.'

'I liked the breakfast options that had greater variety than one typically finds in similar hotels. The staff was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not open during our visit. Also, Expedia showed cookies in their images of the hotel. I never saw any complimentary cookies during our three night stay. Therefore, that picture should be removed. I would stay again the next time we visit Crystal Bridges. '

'I was there for the Big Sugar gravel ride, and the staff was so accommodating - let me keep my bike in my room and also let me clean up and change in a locker room area after I'd checked out. It was convenient to bike to the start on the pathway. Also, I noticed (too late to use!) the bike wash station outside. I didn't have a chance to use all of the facilities, restaurant, etc. but it all seemed great. '

'The indoor pool was great for the kids, this was a family trip and the staff was terrific. The food variety for breakfast was very good and there was something every member of the family liked. Very pleased with this hotel. '

'happy with the stay ,is always very good, what i'm not happy is that expedia charge me a deposit to reserve and when i got to the hotel they charged me full amount including the deposit i pay expedia, i didn't like that , the hotel didn't have any record that expedia took the deposit, not doing any more reservations thru expedia unless the reimburse my deposit '
