We needed a place to stay close to our parents and this property was perfectly located. It was nicely appointed and spacious.

We had problems with the access code, i will say the service to get us into the house was EXCELLENT. The hiuse was as nice as the pictures and very comfortable.

Home Away from Home

The property was beautiful. Nice neighborhood and it's not too far from stores for shopping or picking up forgotten items. Eventhough we didn't need to use alot of the amenities, they were there if need be and I felt that was very gracious and thoughtful. If I visit again I would definitely look into staying here again.

The house is very cute ,but housekeeping should make sure they check down in the couch after each guest leaves. We found fries and popsicles sticks and candy wrappers and kids swimming goggles.The floors could have been swept better than what they were. We found dead bugs in the kitchen and the master bedroom and guest bedroom also. The mattress in the guest bedroom was very uncomfortable for my in-laws. Overall the house is in a great spot. We were there to take my husband to the Mayo Clinic due to his illness. Property Management was awesome.

This house needs a good cleaning, several items in need of repair. The kitchen only had 3 coffee cups 2 drinking glasses and a few small juice glasses. Coffee maker was a 5 cup maker, kinda hard with 5 adults to have morning coffee. The dryer heated up but took 3-4 cycles to dry clothes. Maintenance was called and there was no outside dryer vent to check for clogging so unable to fix that problem. The landscaping was neglected for some time, the patio awning didn’t work. The 3rd bedroom bed frame didn’t match the bed and the mattress was like sleeping on a board. The exterior hose bibs were locked unable to use to rinse off beach stuff. Trim on a closet in master bedroom fell from wall when I opened the closet door. Two of the bed comforters had to be washed when we arrived. They had brown why smelled like pet urine stains. We had to vacuum floors upon arrival. Living room couch was worn out, when you sat in it you sunk deep into it. Grass was not cut, 8-10 inches tall upon arrival. Had to call in to get it cut. We traveled with a 2 year old and could play in yard because of the grass. House needs a lot of updating, and touch ups. Not a good experience.
