This bright and eccentric two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhome is fresh and inviting. The main living area offers plenty of sitting with a flat-screen TV with online streaming options through HULU and even a unique nook filled with books and board games for all ages.

The dining area is equipped to fit the entire family with an oversized table, a bench, and acrylic chairs. The kitchen isn't far away with stainless appliances, marble countertops, and a black chalkboard wall.

The open staircase will lead you upstairs to the master with a King bed and the guest room with two Twin beds and a futon. The main living area has a sleeper sofa as well.

The Fernandina Shores townhomes offer numerous amenities such as a large pool, tennis courts and a clubhouse. Located just two blocks from the beach guests can listen to the ocean waves while relaxing on the private patio or ride bikes to Fort Clinch State Park and the Historic Downtown area.

Fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and one sponge.)

There is one designated parking spot along with Visitor parking.

This place was so cute, so perfect in so many ways! Perfect location for beach and to downtown and 2 minutes from the fort! There was so much activity happening in the local area that we were able to be a part of that we probably wouldn't have known about if we didn't stay here. The host was AMAZING to, we had a small issue trying to find the location, however they were so available (even at 10:30 at night) and helped us and said they would make sure to update the directions for future guests to ensure no future confusion. I would also like to note, that the bedding was so nice! I have stayed in places before that we were not so lucky. We will be booking this place again for sure!

We had such a great stay. You could see and hear the ocean from the front walk. Only a few minutes walk down to the beach. We had all of the home away from home comforts needed. Clean and spacious.

Our first trip to Fernandina Beach was wonderful! The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the historic town of Fernandina Beach. Overall our stay was very peaceful and enjoyable! I highly recommend Sea La Vie!

Love this condo, perfect for our extended family when visiting my mother she lives in a two bedroom condo we own in fernandena shores but doesn’t have room for all our family. Condo was clean, comfortable and only complaint is we had a hard time figuring out how to adjust shower. Well stocked. Will use again when needed. Fernandena shores put your you’reis great for families of all ages.

Property was good. Living area was beautiful. Instructions for TV was confusing until Dana came to help. Bathrooms need to be updated. Could have been a little cleaner. Trash & dust under bed.

Condo Review

The condo was in a great location and was well within a short walking distance to beach access. We enjoyed the space, the close access to the pool and tennis courts. I would recommend that a large trashcan be placed outdoors on deck if possible. Although we had close access to the facility dumpster, it required several trips a day to keep the trash from piling up.

Nice quiet location

The location is one block from the beach. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance and the historic downtown is about 2.5 miles. Lots to do on Amelia Island! The property is decorated nicely and it is very comfortable. There is a pool and tennis court in the development. Overall nice, quite location. Next to Ft.Clinch State Park and close to Egan Greenway (walking, biking, alligator siting, etc.)

Nice Place in Good Location

This was an excellent property in a very convenient location near the beach and restaurants as well as Ft. Clinch. It is also a very short drive to downtown and also very bike-able. My kids took advantage of the bike in the shed. I also left an item behind and the owner was very kind to locate and promptly mailed back to me which I very much appreciate! Recommended:)
