Renovated Beachfront Cottage with Old-Fashioned Amelia Island Charm!

Beautifully remodeled beach cottage in the perfect location! The beach is literally just a few steps from your front door! Enjoy the peaceful setting of the beaches on the North end of Amelia Island. This home is also within easy walking distance to Main Beach, which offers a playground, miniature golf, and seafood restaurants.

This home is just a short drive or bike ride to downtown Fernandina Beach and very convenient to the Atlantic Recreation Center pool, which traditionally offers public access and a kids splash park for a small fee. This is a wonderful location to enjoy the beach and lots of other great family activities, like Ft. Clinch just around the corner.

The home itself has been completed remodeled and designed with comfort and style in mind. It is truly the perfect cozy cottage and has that old-fashioned Amelia Island charm.

The kitchen has been beautifully updated with stainless steel appliances and bathroom has all new fixtures. Beds have high-end linens to give you a comfortable stay. The outdoor shower is convenient after a day at the beach.

Please note that only dogs are considered but they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs.

This wonderful beach cottage is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Fernandina Beach has to offer!

Perfect Beach Front Cottage

The cottage was perfect for our stay on Amelia Island. Everything looks brand new, was spotless, mattresses comfortable, plenty of towels. It is a tiny gem among the modern giants! Exactly as listed but don't let the size fool you...you will be spending all your time outdoors anyway!

House is kept clean though we did find a six legged insect, king bed is comfortable no sagging, location is great. They supply plenty of white towels and bathroom has space for all your toiletries. Furniture in living room looks nice but lacking support.

Beach vacation

This makes the second time we have stayed here. It is perfect. Three adults a 5 month old and a 13 year old chihuahua. I don't want to go on to much about it so it will be available when we come back in late summer. It really is the perfect place.

Great house and great location

We stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect for our small family. It's in a great location across the street from the beach and close to the downtown area. Everything about it was perfect for our stay and we were having such a good time that we extended our stay 3 days longer than originally planned.

Perfect beach getaway spot

This house is so cute. And for a family of 4 it would be perfect. It was just 2 of us staying. The walk to the beach was easy. And we found several shark teeth! The windows in the house are solid so even though it rained every day it was a comfortable stay. The location just can’t be beat. And you get the whole house to yourself versus it being part of a complex. Overall amazing. I would recommend it to everyone and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Ocean Avenue

We loved our stay! After staying on Amelia Island multiple times I decided it would be so cool to stay right on Ocean Avenue as we love the Fernandina Beach north area. Nice little house by the sea

Property was exactly as shown on VRBO site. Extremely clean, nice beachy ambiance and in a very quiet neighborhood. Very short walk to Main Beach Park. No view of the ocean but up and over a nearby beach access stair and there you are. Short drive to anywhere in Fernandina beach. Kitchen well appointed. Beds were a bit on the firm side but comfortable. Lots of communication from host before hand. No real complaints.

Wonderful Stay

This place is stocked with everything we needed and more. Located in a quiet area literally steps from the beach Highly recomend this place for a romantic getaway or small family vacation. The management was very helpful in getting items returned we accidently left behind, We will be back.

The size of the property was just wright for us. We enjoyed the kitchen with all the proper utensils. Access to the beach was perfect. We will come back around September 2024 as long as the rent remain reasonable.
