The kitchen incudes a double wall oven, flat stove top, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, and double fridge with bottom freezer. Crockpot, dishes, and utensils are included.
The house is furnished sparingly, so you have plenty of extra room for your own items.
The offices and living room are carpeted. The rest of the house has tile or original hardwood floors. Pest control is included (outdoor only). It is a 1980 house so we have a home warranty program to help with getting quick repairs.
