Living space

The unit occupies the full upper floor of a duplex - not the entire duplex, but a self-contained space with its own private street entrance and smart lock self check-in. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the Florida climate in check through every season, while WiFi and a TV are there for quieter evenings in. An exterior doorbell camera provides added security at the entrance.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms across four beds accommodate up to eight guests: a king bed in one room, a queen in another, and two full beds in the third.
