Self Check-in, detailed sanitization, including full bedding fresh cleaned each turn of awesome guests. Enjoy Atlantic Beaches, Greenway Hike (Egan’s Creek), Great Dining, Birds, Golf, Wildlife, Boating, Marina, Sunsets, Sunrises, Architecture, Charming Fernandina Beach, all just a few minutes away. No Parties or sub-hosting allowed without specific written prior approval. * Golf Cart use: Driver must be at least 25 years of age, have valid Driver’s License , and obey all Florida State and Local Laws, such as using lights, turn signals (manually switch on or off) and have Current Auto Insurance. Sign Indemnification/waiver too. Copies texted to Host. Windshield must remain up when Driving. All Seat belts must be worn. Golf Cart is not 4WD and not allowed on Beach Sand. Please use the many Parking spaces available at many access locations. Also, please keep Golf Cart in Garage. Pet: If you are bringing a Dog (max 2), please include this in Booking and Pay $169 per stay. A $340 penalty will be applied if pets are brought in without paying the pet fee.

Doggies (up to two) must be 100% potty trained, well behaved, and please stay off Furniture and Beds.

* Guests who choose to utilize the in provided golf cart during their stay assume full responsibility for its operation and any associated risks.
*By choosing to use the golf cart, you release the property owner and its affiliates from all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses that may arise from its use. This includes any personal injury, property damage, or other potential harm.
*You must agree to comply with all applicable laws (Florida and Local) and operate the golf cart sober & safely.
*The release of liability/waiver is binding throughout your stay and using the golf cart is at your own risk, and the property owner cannot be held accountable for any issues that may occur. Costs for repairs from any damage must be immediately reimbursed to Host by Guest. Guest operator is responsible for assuring all Safety equipment is functional and utilized by passengers.

Drivers must obey all Florida State and Local Laws; such as Sober operation-using lights, turn signals (must manually switch on or off), seat belts, and parking Brake and have Current Auto Insurance. Note: When using our Golf Cart please no drinking and driving, only Sober as Florida requires

Please use plentiful parking spaces at Beach access points. Also, please remove key when parked (it has tracker if misplaced 🤪) and please keep Golf Cart in Garage when at our Home
