• NO diving
• NO running
• NO food
• NO glass (if glass is broken inside pool there will be a MINIMUM of S1000 fine assessed)
• NO rough play
• Watch your children at all times
• Do NOT throw rocks or any objects into the pool
→ $250 fine
• Use of the pool is at your own risk
• The host is not responsible for any injuries or accidents

Parking: You can park up to 4 vehicles in the driveways depending on size of the vehicles.
Please DO NOT park in or block another driveway or park on the street for any amount of time as your vehicle will be towed at your expense.

Heath, the safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name.

Checkout is at 10 am. Looking for more time? IF available the late checkout fee is $25/hour.
Early check-in IF available is also $25 per hour needed.

Any unauthorized late checkout will incur a late checkout fee of $100 for the first hour and $100 for each hour thereafter.

Please make sure you read all of the house rules if any of the house rules are violated there will be a minimum of $1000 fee assessed which includes smoking of any kind or bringing unauthorized pets.

Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
