Step inside, and 2,040 square feet of bright, beautifully finished space invite everyone to feel at home. Sunlight pours through tall front windows and dances across polished concrete floors. A deep sectional creates a natural gathering place, while the long dining table waits for lingering breakfasts, shared dinners, card games, and the conversations no one wants to end.



At the heart of the main floor, the kitchen makes cooking feel like part of the celebration. Gather around the quartz island with seating for four while dinner comes together on the gas cooktop. Double wall ovens make feeding the whole group easy, a walk-in pantry keeps everything close at hand, and the dedicated coffee station is ready for the first quiet cup before sunrise.



A bedroom and full bathroom are also located on the main floor, offering a comfortable option for anyone who prefers to skip the stairs.



Upstairs, three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms give everyone room to settle in. A second living space becomes the backdrop for movie nights, rainy-day lounging, or quiet afternoons with a book. A full-size washer and dryer make longer stays—and days spent exploring Jacksonville—feel effortless.



Then there is the backyard. Open the door to a covered patio overlooking a large, fully fenced yard shaded by mature trees. There is room for children to run, room for the dog to explore, and room for everyone to gather around the grill as daylight fades through the branches. It is the kind of space where an ordinary evening can become a favorite memory.



When the day winds down, one king bed, one queen bed, and two full beds comfortably sleep eight. Pets are welcome, too, so no member of the family has to be left behind.



Springfield is one of Jacksonville’s oldest neighborhoods, loved for its restored homes, historic character, and tree-lined streets. Downtown Jacksonville and the riverfront are only minutes away, while the Atlantic beaches are about half an hour east.

HOUSE RULES

So everyone knows what to expect, these rules apply to every stay, whichever site you book on.

- Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.

- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

- Rental agreement: a signed rental agreement is required for every booking, including bookings made through Airbnb, Vrbo or any other booking site. We send it to you after you book; please sign it within 48 hours.

- Photo ID: an upload of the primary renter's photo ID is required.

- Security deposit: processed by the host on the guest's credit card, or covered by an accidental damage waiver.

- No parties or events.

- No smoking.

- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

- Pets: up to 2 pets are welcome, with a $75 pet fee per pet.

- Parking: the driveway holds up to 4 cars, with more parking on the street. Please keep the alley clear at all times; neighboring households use it every day.
