Great location, very comfortable home for grandparents traveling with 3 grandkids and their parents! We would love to stay there again sometime. Clean and well appointed, close to Cornell and easy access to Ithaca. Enjoyed our stay very much!

House great! Very clean and comfortable, it was like having a home away from home. Host provided information that made check in and check out very simple. This place has a wonderful setup for multiple travelers. It was just as the listing described. We loved being able to get back to calm and quiet every night. It was clean, completely stocked with what we needed and communication was top notch.

This was a great house, perfectly located in proximity to Cornell, the Ornithology Lab and Botanical Gardens and many other local Ithaca sights. The layout makes it a perfect family stay or share with friends, and the open plan indoors and large back patio opening onto a large expanse of grass and woods. The host was friendly, easy to connect with and very accommodating. Definitely a great option for a short weekend or longer stay!

A beautiful, spacious, comfortable house in a peaceful location with easy access to downtown Ithaca and right around the corner from beautiful Sapsucker Woods. The house, bathroom, bedrooms, and kitchen had everything we needed. Host was attentive and available though we never needed anything.

We had a great stay here. The house was spotless when we arrived and you could tell it’s really well taken care of. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and feel at home, which made the trip a lot easier. Communication with the host was also excellent — quick responses and very helpful throughout the stay.The location ended up being perfect for us. It was close enough to downtown to get anywhere easily, but far enough away that it stayed quiet and peaceful at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Ithaca Rental

Thank you to host Kelly for a comfortable graduation weekend in Ithaca NY! This rental is perfectly clean, open spaces to relax in and close enough to Cornell University without being in the middle of campus. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone!

Clean and Comfortable Place in Ithaca

The property is new and is kept very clean. The living area is spacious and receives wonderful light. An added bonus is that the floors in the bathrooms are heated.

My wife and I really enjoyed our one week stay at your beautiful rental property. The house was quite spacious and fully equipped; we especially enjoyed our early mornings and evenings in the living room after a day of exploring the area. The house was close to many of the sites and outdoor activities that we had wanted to explore while we were in the area around Ithaca, especially the hiking trails and waterfalls. The area around the house was quiet and very private.

Beautiful location, new home. Well stocked with kitchen supplies and linens. Individual Air conditioning units kept each room at the comfort level needed for each Individual in our family. Easy access for our 85 year old mother who uses a walker. Owner was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this property. Heated bathroom floors are a nice touch.

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home, everything was immaculate and looks brand new! There is very quick and easy access to town. The location is quiet and private and when you sit out back on the patio with your coffee, you think that you’re way out in the country! You will feel extremely comfortable - the rooms are spacious (love the master closet), and there is room for everyone to spread out. It’s decorated beautifully! The host is thorough and very easy to communicate with. Thank you for all the work you put into this home and sharing it with others!
