'When you plan a vacation to another country there's always a level of concern about what you're going to get when you arrive. This whole experience was peace of mind from the beginning. The owner was very responsive in answering questions I had and the caretaker Frank was immediate in assisting us. The location is excellent. Far enough out of town to not hear traffic, but close enough to walk to restaurants and stores. Being able to open the windows and see the harbor and the boats passing by...

'The units and amenities were amazing. Spacious, comfortable and clean. The support staff (security/cleaning) were friendly and eager to help in anyway. Very close to the dowtown area, yet far enough away to be quite and peaceful. Highly recommended place to stay. Planning on coming back soon.'

'The Island of Utila has so much to offer that my family is definitively coming back. The trips to the Keys where a lot of fun. The only complain that I have is that the security guards were not able to hold the noise down after 10 PM. In the three bedroom villa there were university students partying day and night that brought speakers to the swimming pool and party hard for Semana Santa.
