The Empire Polo Club, Old Town La Quinta, and top hiking trails are all nearby, making it the ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure.



Getting Around:

Easy access by car with on-site parking. Local restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores are within a short drive. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are readily available for festival or golf trips.

Good to Know:



Pool heating is $60/day with 24 hours' notice (capped $1,000/month, max 82F); spa heating is free. Pets are welcome for $150 per animal; keep them off beds and sofas ($150 per bed if pet hair is found).

The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.



Parking for up to four (garage plus driveway), no street parking ($200+ fine and towing).



Quiet hours 10pm to 8am.



Early check-in or late check-out (up to 2 hours) available for $75, subject to availability.



An additional guest fee of $15 per person applies above standard occupancy (one guest per bedroom plus one).
