'My stay here was genuinely the only part about my trip that went well. My travel plans were disrupted, with all kinds of delays and chaos. The staff here were kind and professional, the property was clean, quiet and comfortable, and it was a sigh of relief to come back to every night. Thank you!'

'We booked a room with a roll-in shower because my wife has balance issues and can't stand for very long. When we got to the room, it had a tub. Went to the check in desk...Sorry. Do you have a portable shower seat for the tub? No. Sorry. Ended up we were sorry we chose this hotel.'

'The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on.'

'Excellent location. It would have been a 5 star stay. The problem was that there were multiple teenager athletic teams staying there. They were extremely noisy, running up and down the hallway yelling and making noise like crazy. At one point during the evening, they opened a fire door somewhere causing the alarms to go off. Everyone had to evacuate their rooms. All of this of course does not reflect badly on the hotel or the staff, which were top notch. I would however maybe monitor...

'This is 10/10 property. Hidden gem near baseball parks. Longer stays make this the perfect location with the insuite amenities. Full kitchen, larger bathrooms and room style options make this spot great for bigger families when traveling/ Breakfast options we excellent, staff were amazingly helpful and housekeeping was touching down in rooms with out having to be called (happens so rare these days) will be back for future trips for sure!'

However, the overall cleanliness and friendliness of the staff makes this an easy hotel to recommend. As budget hotels go- this one is a winner.'
