'The pool and hot area was all closed down some one broke glass in it and it has to be drained cleaned up so no pool there was a lot of events going on in the area and it was very occupied throughout the place i wasn’t very impressed for what I had been told about drury inns ???? '

'There were multiple issues with the hotel. Some were outside of their control such as the power outage and the hour check in time from down systems after the power came back.
There was only hot water on half of the time during my 3 day stay.
The room cleaning was very minimal if they came in at all.
On a positive note, the hotel has a very nice fitness center and the front desk staff were friendly.'

'Room was clean. We ran out of toilet paper after 12 hours, and no one was available to bring any to the room unfortunately. There was also only one bath towel for showering. Kitchen and fridge were fantastic, and would be so nice for a family staying more than one night. The pool was well kept but the water was cold. We didn’t get back in after one swim because of this. Overall I would stay again and hope the pool is warmer next time! Staff were very friendly and breakfast was a great variety...

'The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had thermostat issues with the first room assigned, but it was quickly addressed and we were moved to another room. The environment was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

'What happened to Marriott brands?
We stayed at the Castleton (Indiana) one this past weekend and . . well . . the room was very clean; that’s the best I can say and maybe that’s enough for you. On the other hand:
The wall thermostat was broken (or never was operational) so we had a floor unit beside the window that sounded like a propeller forcing air from the far end of the room.
Yet, the ambiance was fitting for a room with only one device port. In 2026, at a Hilton hotel, there is one...

'Beds felt clean and soft. Everything was pretty clean except for a few hairs on bathroom floor and finger prints on drinking glasses. Staff was always helpful and nice. I didnt do any laundry or bring a pet.'
