The bedrooms offer a queen, king, and 2 twin beds for a good night's sleep. A sofa bed is also available in the lower living room. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine. With 2 bathrooms equipped with hairdryer and shower, your stay will be excellent.

This house is nestled within the U.S. National Forest of Lake Tahoe - this 3-Story home is a fully furnished house for the single purpose of being a home swap or a long term vacation stay. Every bedroom and living areas in this house provide views of Lake Tahoe and/or the U.S. national forest. Only 1 neighbor to one side prevents unlimited views from the house! One can see South Lake Tahoe from the house 20 miles (30KM) away.

This home is located in Incline Village, NV. (Northern Nevada) on Lake Tahoe which was built as a vacation home town. Tahoe offers endless things to do, including more than 150 miles (240Km) of hiking trails, several ski resorts are available with in 15-45 min of the house. Boating, and other outdoors activities are available thru various hired services. (Skiing is typically available at the local resorts from thanksgiving till mid-April)

Lake Tahoe's altitude is 6230' above sea level was created as a result of an extinct volcano "a million" years ago - it has a depth of nearly 1500' in its deepest part. This house is located at 7000' of altitude.
