« I loved my stay at the Brae. It was the perfect place to get over jet lag as I embarked on a one-month vacation of the U.K. It’s a couple of miles outside of town, and the bus to downtown stops right in front of the house, which was perfect. Very comfortable for sleeping. Having a bath tub to soak in after a day full of walking was heaven. Graeme was an extremely welcoming and informative host. « Stop researching hotels and book this property! Communication, check in, location, amenities was top notch. 5 min walk to the Witchery, 7 min walk to castle. We LOVED this property so much. We booked the superior studio #7 and it was spacious, comfortable and immaculate. You could instantly tell the owners thought through every detail and the staff we encountered were so kind and helpful. Never heard any others coming and going. The shower was amazing and such a bonus to have a washer/dryer...

« There is no parking for this place. The parking that they list on their email is only for permit holders. This greatly reduced my rating. The apartment itself could use a good deep clean. Tons of dust, the couch was covered in stains, the blanket on the couch was very smelly and dirty. The location is okay, far walks and bus rides to everything. »
