'Lovely property in walking distance of the centre. The property is in excellent condition and the gentle on reception was very friendly and helpful. We were only here 24 hours but would definitely book again. Motorcycles can be parked on the road out front.'

'This is a unique hotel. Much thought has gone into the decor: very modern in a bohemian way. Our room was quite attractive and comfortable. The staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. The location is ideal for exploring the historic center of Bologna. The only thing lacking is breakfast. While there are several excellent spots for pastries and coffee nearby, it’s difficult to find other options.'

' The location is okay. 25 minutes walk to the sights. A supermarket and coffee shops nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. -It’s a 3 room B&B with thin walls. So you will hear the other occupants. - The check-in process in confusing. You have no interaction with anybody (I experienced this in Zagreb and had similar issues). They tell you to phone somebody (not WhatsApp) when you’re at the gate. No one responds, so you have to contact them by WhatsApp. No one responds. -Heating doesn’t work...
