'Mooi nieuw hotel. Kamers zijn groot. Design mooi, wel wat vreemd ingericht: bureau achter het bed; glas tussen douche en toilet (niet zo handig als je kamer met iemand deelt). Dames aan de receptie zijn super vriendelijk en service-georienteerd. Ook de IT man die ons hielp met de equipment voor de trainingen die we gaven was erg behulpzaam. Mooi zwembad en eigen klein strand. Minpunten: er wordt niet goed schoongemaakt: mieren in de badkamer en hoeken en plinten worden niet schoongemaakt. ...

'I stayed 2 nights at The Samoa Outrigger hotel 29-31 May 2026. I had a bottom floor room it was clean and the staff were so nice and helpful. I like to give special mention to Nele the girl on afternoon to evening shift the two days I was there who was very nice and helpful getting me taxis helping me with the washing machine and dryer so I could do my washing and her smiling welcoming face thank you sis. Breakfast was so good and filling. The wifi wasn’t good though for my room I was in room...

'Stayed a few months ago and enjoyed it, so I stayed again and the staff remembered me and were lovely. Room was clean. They have laundry which is handy. No gym or pool. But JP’s Fitness gym is behind the hotel with a small supermarket, and Pinati’s is a short walk behind the hotel, with McDonald’s not too far. There’s a taxi stand a short walk behind the hotel as well which is handy.'

'Staff: were helpful during my stay. Clean room: little things they need to remember to have in the room everyday e.g - t/towels, shower curtain, bath mat, change coffee sachet packets to bushells, n other brands not the ones they have. Breakfast: almost same food everyday, needed to have a variety of local vegetables especially avocado, pineapples, etc..needed to have a TV in the breakfast area to catch up with what's happening like the Independence program and other important news. Orange drink...

'This is a hidden gem . So relaxed and yet accomodating to all that we need .staff are wonderful , food is made with love and nothing is too much trouble . Highly recommend'
