'This boutique hotel is a really nice South American historic looking hotel. what we love the most was the gardening feel and the pool, but the service for breakfast and happy staff all around, make it also a real feel. Rooms are very spacious and we felt very safe even though the neighborhood is not per se the nicest.. we did always drive into Granada at night, but at daytime we also walked. '

Guadalupe was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she served us a delicious breakfast. You can choose between a local breakfast or pancakes, with juice and coffee included. Everything was wonderful, and the hospitality made our stay even better. Definitely a hidden gem—I highly recommend it! ✨'

'Terrible experience — I do not recommend this hotel. I booked and paid for my reservation through Expedia. When I arrived, I was told there would be an additional $20 charge because my reservation was for one person and my husband was with me. They agreed to $10, which I paid. The bigger issue was that they then demanded I pay for the room again in cash, even though I had already paid through Expedia.
