'We checked in here when we discovered the original place we had booked was horrible and we could just not stay there. This hotel was a welcome find! I really wish I could remember the lady at the front desk’s name - she was so friendly and helpful, always smiling!! We also had a wonderful massage as well, it was so relaxing!! Special shout out to Jorge who went above and beyond!! We highly recommend this hotel right downtown San Cristobal.'

'Perfect location on a beautiful beachfront. Can almost touch the Pacific from your room. Spotlessly clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Bonus: Panchito the small-ish sea lion arrives at daybreak to sleep on a lounge chair till dusk! Relaxing next to him whilst reading a book is a classic memory.'

'The room was clean and basic. What really made this place stand out was the family who runs it, particularly Gardenia. They were very friendly and helpful and a delicious breakfast was provided every morning. Everything was beautiful, fresh, and delicious.'
