'Not what I expected – location, service, breakfast and “pool” all disappointing I stayed at this hotel in Cartagena and unfortunately it didn’t meet my expectations. The location wasn’t convenient for me – it felt out of the way and not ideal for exploring the city easily. Service was average at best and didn’t feel particularly helpful or attentive.
