Hôtels pas chers à Île Santa Rosa

« Staff was awful. I paid for 3 rooms, arrived well after check-in, and my rooms were not ready. 30 minutes later I’m told my rooms are ready. 2 rooms were, however the 3rd room was occupied. My teenage daughters walked in on a man coming out of the shower and 2 kiddos were also running around the room nude. I requested a refund immediately and was told i had to wait until Monday and speak with the manager. »

« Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set! Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true...

« I had stayed at this property before but didn't realize it when booking. I was not disappointed. The hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The beach location is perfect and the property is nice and relaxing. The on-site restaurant facing the beach is super convenient with great food and service. I would absolutely stay here again. This is an older property but it is well maintained and clean. »

« The carpet smelled so bad on the floor and room. It smelled like mildew »

« Always a nice place to stay, rooms are always clean and spacious, friendly staff. The pool was out of service which was a huge bummer but the indoor pool and hot tubs were functional and we could use our neighbor hotel pools »

« The hotel was excellent for the price. Very reasonable. The regular staff was great, but there was only someone at the desk about half the time. The coffee ran out twice. The shower was almost impossible to turn on. Otherwise, just fine. »

« We had a wonderful stay. Everything was listed accurately. »
