'We arrived early ....and the check in time suppose to be 4pm ,but the room not available till 5pm ,we spoke with the Manager on duty but he didnt care he just told us to waIT till the room is ready. We check in after 5pm and the room was smell bad and the AC didnt work is very HOT inside, we called but they didnt come till the next morning. This is they biggest/larger room in the hotel 17th floor with 3 bedroom i paid almost $4K USD for 3days. Very dissapointed and your Manager on duty was...

'By far the best stay my family and I have ever had, we have stayed at some really nice resorts and hotels but this resort was top notch. I only have one little complaint but it's more of an idea to pitch to the resort manager, I understand why there are no microwaves in the rooms but there should be a microwave station somewhere in the lobby.'
