'This was our first time staying at the Sundrift Inn and we were pleasantly impressed. The location was great. We had an ocean view room which was very comfortable. We never had to leave the hotel for our meals. We had dinner at Vincenzo’s Italian Bistro in the hotel and it was top notch and very delicious. 'We arrived early ....and the check in time suppose to be 4pm ,but the room not available till 5pm ,we spoke with the Manager on duty but he didnt care he just told us to waIT till the room is ready. We check in after 5pm and the room was smell bad and the AC didnt work is very HOT inside, we called but they didnt come till the next morning. This is they biggest/larger room in the hotel 17th floor with 3 bedroom i paid almost $4K USD for 3days. Very dissapointed and your Manager on duty was...

'This property allows pets and it there were several dogs that barked nonstop across the hallway from my room. The staff did address the situation.'

'Location and beach were perfect! Rooms were decent, comfortable beds. Breakfast was fine, but short on staff and out of clean plates 2 of the 3 mornings that we went to the buffet. Only 1 ice machine working while there. Both washing machines out of order and only 1 dryer that worked, that I could hear from my hotel room when running.'
